Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager to support growth through proactive collections and exceptional customer service. This role covers in-store and in-home interactions, delivery logistics, and a strong emphasis on merchandising and store presentation.

You will engage with customers daily, drive processes for accounts receivable, and collaborate with team members to ensure safe loading, unloading, and installation of products. A HS diploma and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to support growth.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized products and cleanliness.
