Job summary

Rent-A-Center is looking for a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods and provide white-glove service in stores and at customers’ homes. This role combines credit management with hands-on store duties to drive growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include collecting on accounts to support revenue, keeping the store inviting, and coordinating deliveries and pickups with safety in mind. A passion for helping customers and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: supervise loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
