The role requires at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure food quality and safety.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team and shift Leaders.
• Drive customer service excellence and a friendly guest experience.
• Manage schedules, labor, and inventory controls to protect profits.
• Support cash handling procedures and operating standards.
