Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team in delivering great food and friendly service. You will reinforce core values, guide shifts, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team to deliver great food and friendly service.

• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and customer relations to ensure quality experience.
