Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will manage guest experiences, maintain safety and quality, assist with scheduling, and drive sales while controlling costs. A minimum of one year in restaurant or retail, ServeSafe certification, and a 50-hour work week expectation are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management role, 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades
