Job summary

Name Apartment Community is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the property. The assistant will handle leasing duties, implement resident retention ideas, and market to current and future residents across platforms to build a positive online presence.

In the absence of the Property Manager, the Assistant Manager may assume responsibility for the property, coordinating with staff and delivering strong customer service,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in property management or equivalent customer service.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with property management software: Entrata, OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Prep weekly & monthly statistical reporting.
• Current and past resident collections.
• All leasing agent duties.
• The renewal process for existing residents.
• Creating new and creative resident retention ideas.
• Marketing to current and future residents.
• Social media management.
