Job summary

Border Foods LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a strong team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, driving profitability and consistent service.

You will coordinate with management to uphold standards, deliver great food, and promote Safe, friendly, and efficient operations. Excellent leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training preferred.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operation and build a strong team.
• Ensure great food quality and friendly guest experience.
• Manage scheduling and performance of Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Uphold health and safety standards and company policies.
• Drive profit by monitoring P&L and making adjustments as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant staff.
