Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certified
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the restaurant and build a strong team
• Provide great food and a friendly experience for customers
• Manage scheduling and performance of team members
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
