Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, ensure top-quality hospitality, and drive sales while maintaining company standards. You will train team members, manage cash controls, inventory, and labor costs, and collaborate with the General Manager to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing shifts.
• Strong ability to train and develop Team Members.
• Proven track record in food service quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team members.
• Handle HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary actions and coaching.
• Conduct team meetings and weekly inventories; control payroll and labor costs.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and ensure proper cash procedures.
