Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations and drive hospitality‑focused performance at a Capstone restaurant in Kentucky. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring that all duties align with the company’s people, hospitality, and integrity values.

You’ll manage daily operations, staffing, training, and financial performance, while upholding HR, sanitation, safety, and service standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and POP/menu boards are updated.
• Ensure proper staffing and training through effective programs.
• Open and operate restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment via approved vendors.
• Model high proficiency in restaurant operations and tech.
• Supervise staff per policies in the operations manual.
• Develop and motivate managers and team members to excel.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
