Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kentucky to drive sales growth, uphold standards of excellence, and lead the food service flow during shifts. You will assign tasks, oversee cash handling, and train Team Members under the General Manager’s direction.

You will play a key role in running operations, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining great hospitality and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cash controls and inventories.
• Experience addressing HR issues and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and shift leaders, uphold quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Manage payroll and labor costs to meet standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Support General Manager and manage records per company policies.
