Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager in Kentucky to lead restaurant operations with a people-centered, hospitality-driven approach. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring profitability and strong guest experiences in line with Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and POP/menu boards installed.
• Train Team Members through effective programs for job readiness.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership to create enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Oversee performance in line with policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate Managers and Team Members to excel.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and communicate questions to District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
