Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers support the theatre's day-to-day operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and standards met. They are cross-trained across departments to assist and train employees, with a path to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of experience.
