You’ll be cross-trained across all departments, train Team Members, and participate in Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, with potential promotion to Theatre Manager or General Manager after six months and completion of required courses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program (MAP Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates strong guest service and cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations under the General Manager.
• Support decisions and communicate with staff across departments.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre building, parking lot, signage, and equipment.
• Report repairs to the General Manager.
• Ensure staff follow the dress code.
• Deliver superior guest service and engage with guests.
• Enforce Cinemark policies with staff.
• Report employee relations issues per protocol.
• Follow safety and sanitization procedures for high-contact areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
