Playa Bowls Georgetown, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

This urgent role offers base pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 hourly, plus a bonus program and tip pool. You’ll have opportunities to advance to General Manager as the company grows, while enjoying Playa Discounts and a lively, fun work environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass PB Food Safety certification within 3 months.
• Food Safety Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days.
• Proven managerial experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality and consistency of products.
• Train new employees and resolve staff issues.
• Schedule staff hours and manage food prep and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, and vendor relations.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Utilize POS system for transactions and deposits.
• Maintain a fun, customer-focused work environment.
