Playa Bowls in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, supervise staff, and maintain a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You will help with training, scheduling, quality control, and day-to-day operations to ensure top-notch service and food safety.

You will also assist with inventory, vendor coordination, and staff development, while upholding Playa Bowls’ mission and values in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in absence of General Manager.
• Train and mentor staff; resolve personnel issues.
• Schedule staff hours and manage deliveries and inventory.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet company standards.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, and POS operations.
