Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, guest service, safety and compliance, and leading a collaborative team focused on growth and positive vibes.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Working knowledge of inventory and supplier coordination processes.
• Familiarity with personnel management and basic HR tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily operations and staff training.
• Schedule staff and manage labor to optimize food and service quality.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem solving.
• Step in for General Manager during extended absences if needed.
