Playa Bowls is hiring a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, maintain product quality, and deliver a fast-paced, fun guest experience. You will delegate tasks, lead opening and closing shifts, handle refunds, resolve customer issues, track inventory, and communicate with management to ensure all duties meet Playa Bowls standards.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule to cover peak times and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate and lead a team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain food quality; discard product when necessary.
• Delegate tasks to employees in an appropriate manner.
• Lead opening and closing shifts.
• Manage and issue refunds.
• Resolve customer issues in a polite, professional way.
• Track inventory levels during the shift and at shift end.
• Count cash handling, safe, and deposits.
• Communicate with management about issues during the shift.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time per company standards.
