Job summary

Brewing Brand, a Dunkin’ network partner, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role centers on leadership, training, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects, lead team development, and drive profitable topline sales while upholding Dunkin’ brand policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management abilities.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
