Chuck E. Cheese is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a family entertainment restaurant. You’ll make daily decisions on scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards while driving sales and profitability.

The role involves coaching staff, ensuring safe operations, managing costs, inventory and labor, and rotating through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom areas to build versatile leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom.
