Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and ensure guests leave happy in a fast-paced family entertainment setting. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on scheduling, training, and execution across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom, with a focus on safety, cleanliness and profit. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people.
• Must be able to lift 0-50 pounds.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom and rotate over time.
