Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and to deliver flawless guest service.

You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory with a focus on food safety and quality, assist in scheduling, control labor costs, and lead initiatives to meet sales targets while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
