Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team in Duncan, Oklahoma. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, mentoring staff, managing inventory and labor controls, and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will work closely with the General Manager, lead a motivated team, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
