Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and work with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role, proven leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of food safety; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Manage inventory and adhere to food safety/quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and controlling labor costs.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate on operational improvements with the management team.
