Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Oklahoma to help lead daily restaurant operations. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage inventory with strict food safety adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
