Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Stillwater, OK. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, coach staff, manage inventory, and help drive sales while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Your role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements.
