Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train teammates, and maintain high service standards for every guest.

You’ll manage inventory, enforce food safety, assist with scheduling and labor controls, and lead a team to meet sales targets while resolving guest inquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
