Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager, train staff, control inventory, and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar food/hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
