Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role partners with the General Manager to run daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include controlling labor costs, maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. One must be adaptable for evenings and weekends with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
