Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and shift leaders to ensure quality and profitability.

• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
• Perform weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor costs standards.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed.
