Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold excellence across shifts. You will supervise team members, manage cash control and inventory, and train staff under the General Manager to deliver high-quality food with outstanding hospitality.

You will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with policies, and help mentor team members while supporting the General Manager in strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and staff across shifts.
• Experience with payroll, inventory and HR issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while upholding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training and staff development under the General Manager.
• Oversee cash control, payroll and inventory to meet cost standards.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support management in operations and decision making.
