You will guide food service flow, assign tasks, oversee cash control, and deliver top hospitality. You will train Team Members under the General Manager and support daily operations to develop and retain staff.

• Experience handling payroll and inventory to company standards.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and shift leaders, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
• Handle HR issues, disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct team meetings and review operations.
• Conduct weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor costs standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Support General Manager in operations.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning, and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Manage cash for all shifts, deposits, and cash procedures.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
