Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold the company’s standards of excellence during assigned shifts. You will manage food service flow, assign tasks, monitor cash control, and deliver the highest quality food with true hospitality.

You will train Team Members under the General Manager, support daily operations, and help develop and retain staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Team Members and Shift Leaders and maintaining high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Coordinating staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow Team Members.
• Handling HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conducting team meetings as needed to discuss operations, procedures, and promotions.
• Controlling payroll to meet company labor costs standards.
• Controlling inventory to meet company GAP standards.
