Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold excellence on assigned shifts. You will oversee food service flow, delegate tasks, manage cash controls, and emphasize high-quality food and hospitality.

You will train Team Members under the General Manager and support overall operations, while developing staff and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role offers growth opportunities within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising restaurant teams and driving service standards.
• Ability to manage cash handling, payroll and labor cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proven leadership with the ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members and shift leaders to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Lead staff training and coaching under the General Manager.
• Assist in payroll and labor cost controls to meet company targets.
• Monitor inventory and ordering to meet GAP standards.
• Support management in daily operational decisions and reporting.
