Border Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment. You will manage the entire restaurant operation and build a strong, capable team delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Non-exempt management position expected to work 50+ hours per week.
ServeSafe Certification required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Ensure food quality and guest experience while maintaining safety and efficiency.
