The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a compensation range highlighted by industry-leading pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
