Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Model the KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team adherence to shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the RGM on performance feedback and issue resolution.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Support with cash control, inventory and labor management to optimize performance.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve results.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed across the restaurant.
