The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards while delivering community-focused service and effective shop management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification (state requirements).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Potbelly Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Interview and hire Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule staff and maintain labor goals.
• Drive marketing and promotions to maximize sales.
