Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of management experience in food service or retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Must meet state food safety requirements and obtain certification.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop staff including Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Effectively interview and hire team members.
• Schedule Associates and manage labor goals.
• Maintain health, safety and food safety standards.
• Drive local marketing and promotions to maximize sales.
• Manage cash handling and daily procedures.
