Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. and Burger King franchise are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced team in Seabrook, NH. You will focus on delivering excellent guest experiences, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC.
