Qualifications

• > Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• > Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• > Excellent guest service skills required.
• > Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• > Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• > Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• > Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders—puts people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences with service guests will want to repeat.
• Balance high-quality employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Prepare shift supervisors for their next level.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and order product.
• Evaluate cost controls and staffing levels.
