Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc., a Burger King franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Spring, TX location. You will guide a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and balance service quality with financial goals.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, maintaining QSC standards, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and monitoring inventory and cash handling. The ideal candidate communicates well, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is available for all shifts including

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partner with GM and team to improve guest metrics; review QSC targets.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize product orders and control costs.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboarding for new hires.
