Job summary

You will oversee team performance, ensure compliance with brand standards, manage schedules, and drive service metrics across the restaurant. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and people leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests that make them want to return.
• Administer a balance between quality guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide needed training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for advancement.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors: train, observe, and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize ordering.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and manage onboarding of new team members.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
