Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. in Houston, TX, is seeking a hands-on Supervisory/Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence in our Burger King restaurants. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver high-quality service, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, training, cost control, and working with the General Manager to meet QSC targets and financial goals. Candidates must be ready to work all shifts and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Review inventory and ordering to maintain stock.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning and adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
