Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to train and coach staff while controlling costs and scheduling for peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Able to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures daily numbers and cash handling accuracy.
• Reviews inventory and orders to optimize costs.
• Implements cost controls and monitoring.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding for new hires.
• Implements plans addressing staff needs and Operational Assessments.
