Job summary

Zax LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our fast-paced restaurant in North Carolina. You will lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards with training and development for the team.

Open availability, leadership qualities, and a minimum 1–3 years in management are required. You will drive performance, handle guest concerns, and contribute to a positive culture while adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Open availability and ability to work 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
1–3 years of management experience required.
Restaurant management experience preferred.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet standards.
Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals.
Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly.
