Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory and food safety, assist in scheduling, and help achieve sales targets. Candidates need 2+ years in food/hospitality, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food/hospitality role.
