Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will lead, motivate, and coach team members, handle scheduling and labor controls, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Food/Hospitality role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
