SONIC Drive-In in the United States is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will train and mentor crew, carhops, and skating carhops while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in food service.

Responsibilities include open/close duties, staffing and inventory management, and maintaining records in compliance with policies. A customer-service mindset and strong problem-solving ability are essential.

Formación

• Leadership to coach Team/ Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Ability to train and support employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, train, monitor and coach staff to meet service standards.
• Direct and assign employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Open/close the restaurant as required and supervise daily operations.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Maintain records and documentation; uphold policies and practices.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints with supervision.
