Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, guest service, and staff development.

You will train crew, manage inventory, ensure food safety, and monitor labor costs while upholding brand standards and delivering a positive guest experience. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
